In-chat registration and authentication
We need users to be able to authenticate in chat. The chatbot needs to be able to recognize these scenarios and figure out how to get the user authenticated, registered, or logged out. This is a pivotal epic that will allow us to run more and more clinic portal functionality directly through the chabot.

Advanced scheduling
In our next iteration of the scheduling chatbot, we'll deeply integrate it with the EHR. It empowers users with smart provider selection, real-time scheduling capabilities, and hassle-free rescheduling and cancellations. To enhance user engagement, the chatbot also delivers timely reminders through a variety of notification channels.

Integration layer
We aim for our chatbot to easily integrate with multiple Electronic Medical Records (EMRs). A key aspect of enabling this integration is the secure storage of Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations, to enhance data interoperability over time.
