We want to humanize the TFC v0.1 chatbot that we have had in production for a while now. On one hand, this will allow us to capitalize on the good performance of a 90% scheduling completion rate while decreasing the incoming calls to the clinic. On the other, we want to improve how the chatbot handles non-linear conversations as it currently is very restrictive which frustrates the patients.
